Refund policy

Your order is protected by the Trusty Arrow Guarantee.  Here's what that means:

  • 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. 
  • Item doesn't fit right or you're not satisfied with the quality? I'll send you a new one for FREE!*
  • Your product gets lost in the mail?  I'll send you another one for FREE!*
  • Decide the product isn't for you? 
    • Physical orders $20 and under: I'll give you a FULL REFUND and you keep the product
    • Physical orders over $20:  I'll give you a FULL REFUND MINUS $5* for return shipping of the item (Label will be provided) and refund will be issued upon receipt of package by mail carrier.
  • Returns are NOT accepted for Digital Downloads.
  • Trusty Arrow LLC reserves the right to modify the terms of the Trusty Arrow Guarantee at any time and may make special exceptions as necessary.

Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Digital Downloads (STL Files, 3D Models, etc...)
  • Items sold as "Blemished"
  • Old Stock / Clearance Items
  • Gift Cards
