U.S. Shipping

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders of $59.99 or more (after discounts and before taxes) shipped within the contiguous United States (Lower 48).

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using the carrier and service that best balances speed, reliability, and efficiency.

Shipping Rates

Orders under $59.99 are charged real-time USPS or UPS shipping rates, calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and selected shipping service.

UPS Handling Fee

Orders shipped via UPS include a $1.99 handling fee. This fee helps offset the additional costs associated with preparing and transporting UPS shipments while allowing us to continue offering competitive product pricing and shipping options.

USPS shipments do not incur a handling fee.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During new product launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly increased.

Delivery Estimates

Most domestic orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and the shipping service selected.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally result in longer transit times.

International Shipping

Trusty Arrow proudly ships to most countries worldwide. Due to shipping restrictions or carrier limitations, service may not be available to certain destinations.

International shipping charges are flat-rate fees based on the total package weight and are calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. International shipments may take longer than estimated due to factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the shipping charges collected at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using USPS and UPS for domestic orders and trusted international shipping partners for orders outside the United States.

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Trusty Arrow is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue and determine the best solution.
